Mitsubishi Colt is a good hatchback with the great practical approach. It is very simple and plain in its layout but offers great fun to drive. The exterior is higher than normal hatchbacks and has the appearance of an MPV. Its well-arranged interior is good.
Though the material is not up to the standard of daily hatchbacks but reasonable with reasonable workability. There are two models with three and five doors available in the market Ralliart version is impressive with its great speed and boost. Abarth 500, Renault Twingo and Suzuki Swift Sports are its true rivals but Mitsubishi Colt is impressive in performance.
Mitsubishi has not made any experiments with its Colt and its engine rage. As we discussed, it is simple inbuilt and it has used single petrol engine to support. There is a 1.5-litre Ralliart petrol engine, capable of 147bhp and 155lb/ft torque. It is equally good in performance.

It is fitted with five-speed manual gearbox and front wheel drive system as standard. This engine is available in three and five-door models with same power capacity. It offers the great experience to drive. It offers fun to drive especially in town driving.
Mitsubishi has made its Colt with great simple touch. Its features are good and reasonable but simplicity can be seen in all elements. General features are with the good practical approach and of reasonable material.
There are 3×3 point rear seat belts, anti-lock braking system, air conditioning unit, different alarms and indicators, alloy and steel wheels, audio remote, body colored bumpers, CD player, remote and central locking, heated seats and heated mirrors, electric mirrors and windows, ISOFIX children anchor points, PAS, standard airbags with side curtains, adaptive cruise control with stability control, traction control, front fog lights and steering wheel rake and reach adjustment.
Safety features are great and Euro NCAP has given five stars out of five in the crash test. Safety kits are good. There is M-ASTC system if car losing control in the skid. Its durability and reliability are good and reasonable. Though its height is more than normal its balance is outstanding.
Mitsubishi Colt has good and reasonable exterior. In three and five-door models, it has same designing and style. It’s simple and impressive exterior has its own impression. Its front grille is wide an open. The front hood is good impressive and detailed front windscreen with good sliding side pillars, offering the good outer view from inside.
Impressive front and sides are equally good, along with the good complete tail. Interior is good with the reasonable sitting arrangement. The cabin is very handy with the good practical approach. Good cubbies are there to handle files or teacups.
