If you are a super car enthusiast then you can add another name to the list of your darling supercars eager to smash into the automotive industry. This time it’s a Californian striker called Trion Supercars that is introducing the 2,000 horsepower Nemesis. It’s believed to be a driver oriented sports car which will target the market based on richest people in the world.
Company leader Richard Patterson said, “We want to be the Nemesis of the Europeans,” he was talking about the inspiration for the name. He also declared this project as “it’s going to be one of the world’s fastest cars when it’s ready” hypothetically powered by a twin-turbo V8 engine which will generate the power more than 2,000 hp and shift to an eight-speed sequential gearbox.
The company thinks that its design could hit 60 miles per hour in 2.8 seconds and accomplish a top speed of more than 270 mph. If that is the case, then it would put the tenderfoot against the heavyweight champions in the ring of supercars like the Hennessey Venom GT and Koenigsegg Agera One: 1.
All of these numbers are just gossips until it actually hits the road, though. Patterson says, “a prototype will test this year, and sales will start next year for around $1 million each.”
The Nemesis has a carbon fibre body and chassis, and the interior based on digital panels to demonstrate the gauges, plus an Internet connectivity screen. The company is also flogging the car’s Predator Mode that mutates the interior lighting, ride elevation, suspension modification, exhaust and rev limits to compose it even more destructive. With a large enough boot to have room for a set of golf clubs, it even has a feel of effectiveness.
TSC intends to confront European supremacy of the impressive glamorous supercar category and you just need to wait and see what happened next.
