Lamborghini is a raging bull and the strength of its parent company – the Volkswagen Group and its engine department to cram the Huracan with world’s most sophisticated technology. It is based on aluminium and carbon fibre chassis which is almost 10 per cent lighter than the chassis used in Gallardo, but at the same time it is 50 percent more stiff and solid. Its electromechanical steering has adaptive dampers which automatically adjust the ratios according to the speed.
Its sophisticated transmission packed with electronically-controlled all wheel drive system which transfers engine power in relation to road conditions and your speed. Normally it transfers 70 percent power on rear wheels but it can be 100 percent if there is a slippage detected on the front.
The Huracan has been blessed with one of the most powerful engines in the world; a V10 5.2 Litre, capable of producing a power punch of 602 bhp and massive twist of 420 lb-ft. These figures are more than enough to sprint the Huracan from 0-62 mph in just 3.2 seconds and keep on pushing the car till it hits the top speed of 202 mph. An increasingly distorting agility shows your face along with howling soundtrack. Its steering is impressively light and precise and standard fit carbon-ceramic brakes are installed to stop this raging bull when it’s unleashed. You can ride your dream car in three different driving modes. You can select them through an ANIMA switch on the steering wheel.
