The New York Auto Show had so much for car fans, many of world’s largest auto manufacturers offered their concepts and futuristic vehicles. Toyota has now expanded its ‘Scion’ line-up for the year 2016 by offering ‘iM’ and ‘iA’ models.
Both of these vehicles have an ‘i’ in their name which represents their characteristics of intrigue, individuality and being easy on the customer’s wallet.
The other initials say what they are capable of like the ‘M’ depicting multi-faceted, magnetic and modern, whereas the ‘A’ exemplifies its accommodating cabin and trunk, aggressive styling and affordability.
The all new hot hatch named Toyota Scion iM is a five door beauty which does not only offer high content and style, but is much fun to driven plus it returns 37 mpg fuel economy. It uses either a six-speed gearbox or a seven-step auto transmission along with double-wishbone rear suspension to give you a smoother driving experience on bumpy roads.
The Toyota Scion “iA” saloon on the other hand, offers sharp-eyed headlamps and hexagon lower grille. Tailpipe, chrome grille surround and black bumper further enhance the looks of this beauty having striking profile and spacious trunk. The power has been given by a 1.5 litre engine which produces 106 bhp, backed by either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission. The estimated fuel economy is 42 mpg on the motorway. To minimize the damages and avoid collisions, this car features pre-collision safety system.
